Fr. James Madappatt (C.M.F)
Fr. James was born on 21st June 1960, as the son of Thomas and Eliyamma of Madappatt family. He completed his schooling from Vayala, Kadaplamattam, and Devamatha, Kuravilangad.He joined the Claritian congregation and started his training for priesthood, in 1975. He was ordained by Bishop Mar Joseph Pallikkaprambil on 25th April 1990.He completed his degree from Bangalore University and Fine Arts course from Kalabhavan, Kochi. He has worked as missionary in Claritian mission of West Godavari, Andhra Pradesh; and as superior, manager, vicar, and administrator in Jwalahalli, Bangalore. He now serves as a missionary and vicar in Chodavaram mission, Andhra Pradesh.
